Beth was visiting Mom and Dad for Easter so on Saturday they came out here for a visit. Beth was really hungry for grilled Greek chicken so I made kabobs. Looking at the pictures is making me hungry!

Rent
Tonight, Jeremy and I are going to the Benedum for the opening night of Rent. I am so excited! Original Broadway cast members Anthony Rapp (Mark) and Adam Pascal (Roger) will be performing (hopefully) so that makes it even more special in my opinion.

I called the cops...
I called the cops today. I was sitting in the laundromat and a young couple in a Cadillac pulled into the handicap spot right outside the door. The driver, the guy, gets out and walks over to the bank. After about 10 minutes, he comes back, hands the passenger, the woman, a drink and then proceeds to the tobacco store for about 25 minutes. The whole time the woman is just sitting there.... alone....in the handicap spot....
Guy finally comes back to the car, and guy and girl get their laundry basket and come in to the laundromat. By this time I am done and heading to the car but am fuming because they showed no intention of moving their car. So, I called the police and reported them.
Within a matter of minutes, not 1 but 2 cops show up. I'm not sure if they gave him a ticket or not but he at least moved his car. (I was hiding in a near by parking lot :) )
Say what you will, but those spots are reserved for a reason. Under no circumstances would I EVER park in a handicap spot if I weren't legally entitled to it. I don't even park in the pregnant or mother with small children spots. It just isn't right!

I have growth!

After 1 week and 1 day, I actually have some growth! Nothing from the tomatoes or shade flowers, but I'm sure they will start sometime soon.
